What happens at the first appointment
We start with a proper conversation. Height, weight and BMI, your medical history, any medicines you take, and what your day actually looks like. From there the clinician explains the realistic options, including where treatment is suitable and where it is not, and what results usually look like month by month.

Keeping it going
Follow up appointments are where the real work happens. We look at what has shifted, what has stalled, how you are tolerating any treatment, and what needs adjusting. Nothing is judged. If a week went badly we work out why and change the plan rather than the person.
